This website gives an overview of my research related activities in the field of drug delivery. It covers topics such as research interests, publications in the form of articles and book chapters, supervised postgraduate students and photos of research related activities.

Drug delivery is a dynamic process that does not only involve the development of a dosage form with the correct drug release properties but also takes into consideration the many factors that may influence the rate and extent at which the drug reaches the site of action. My research projects range from development of modified release dosage forms containing natural polymeric excipients to the influence of natural products on drug absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.
